The Tuscan Sangiovese Arcano is a red wine born from the vineyards cultivated on the rolling hills of Podere Ghiole. It is capable of expressing great harmony and balance thanks to the careful selection of Sangiovese grapes and the aging in French oak barrels for six months.

Production technology: wine produced from Sangiovese grapes harvested manually in crates and further selected once in the cellar. Maceration lasts an average of 25 days during which the alcoholic fermentation is completed. Daily pumping over and delestage are carried out for a greater extraction. The wine is introduced in french oak barrels where it completes malolactic fermentation.
Maturation: 12 months in French oak barrels at the end of which the wine is bottled and aged before being placed on the market.
Tasting notes: ruby red color tending to garnet with aging. Ample and elegant scent with notes of small red fruits. The palate has a velvety and persistent entry.

Matching: particularly suitable for all meats and cheeses.
